INGREDIENTS:-

* 70% barley i.e. jaun flour
* 30% whole wheat atta
* Salt, to taste
* 1/2 cup Warm water, approx
* Add spring onions, finely chopped
* 1 medium-sized green chili, finely chopped
* 1 teaspoon cumin seeds (jeera)
* Salt to taste
* 2 tsp oil/ghee for making roti

1. Heat the tava / non stick pan / skillet on medium-high flame.

2. Dust the working surface with jaun flour. Take a small piece of dough and roll it to a 6 inch diameter circle like a tortilla or any other roti.

3. Once the pan is hot, place the chapati and cook until the underside develops brown spots for about 30 seconds. Then flip and cook on other side for another 30 seconds.

4. You can add oil while cooking if desired for additional flavor. Repeat the process for remaining dough.

5. Jaun stuffed Chapati is now ready. Serve hot and enjoy with your favourite vegetable curry
