Pregna Care- it is divided in 2 parts ( pregnancy and post pregnancy plan)

  1. Pregnancy Plan: Pregna care is a physiological milestone so do not confuse it with sickness . One has to be careful about one’s hydration, meal timings and calcium intake. No shortcuts in pregnancy . The diet plan has to be something which is long-term and should be long-lasting.
  2. Post Pregnancy Plan: How women must deal with changes in their body post delivery. Some women feel demotivated and believe that getting back into shape is like a nightmare for them. You can lose the post pregnancy weight in the healthiest way with us but please note that we are promising healthiest weight loss and not temporary curves. Getting back into shape post pregnancy is the work of commitment to eat right.
